We're still before product-market fit. We are not yet profitable or well-funded. That's why we seek a co-founder rather than an early employee. In particular, this means we offer a basic salary + high co-founder equity. The equity component depends on the value you can bring to our startup.

Your Expertise

• [ ] Mastery in crafting code from scratch, architecting complex systems, and tackling challenging technical problems.
• [ ] Passion for building, creating, and implementing groundbreaking solutions.
• [ ] 5+ years experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, and Typescript (Experience with Electron and Next.js is a bonus).

Your Compensation

• Our startup is currently funded by angel investors, not yet by a venture capital (VC) firm.
• Until we secure VC funding, which we anticipate in 9-12 months, we will provide you with a basic salary.
• Once we obtain the next round of funding, you get a big cash bonus and your salary will increase to reflect market rates.
• As a reward for your willingness to share entrepreneurial risk with us, you get a significant co-founder equity in our startup.
